I'm a technology operations and program leader with 20+ years owning the day-to-day health of enterprise systems — intake and triage, vendor and release management, reporting and data quality — and leading the automation and AI programs that modernize them. Currently a Director at Amdocs leading 70+ people across four teams.
I spend most of my time on the unglamorous half of enterprise technology: making sure the systems a business actually runs on stay up, stay accurate, and keep getting better. That means owning intake and prioritization, translating messy business problems into scoped requirements and test plans, holding vendors to their commitments, and giving executives a straight answer about risk and trade-offs.
The other half is the fun part — modernization. I've led an enterprise data platform migration from Palantir to Databricks, architected a robotic process automation platform that took manual workflows off people's desks, and directed a production multi-agent GenAI system built on LangGraph and RAG. I came up through engineering, so I can still read the code and ask the uncomfortable question in a design review.
Outside of tech, I've been married 28 years to my high school sweetheart. I'm a proud father of three — Connor, Dawson, and Faith — and my wife and I have two beautiful granddaughters as well. We saved for years and bought a cattle ranch in northeastern Collin County, Texas. When things get stressful, there's nothing better than time with family and the cows. I also play guitar, drums, and collect coins.
Being the person business users escalate to when a report is wrong, a workflow breaks, or a vendor ticket has been sitting too long — and the person who then fixes the process so it doesn't happen again.
Founded ShowBarn & BreedBarn — mobile and web apps helping ranchers, 4-H, and FFA members manage livestock projects and breeding schedules. Live on iOS and Android with thousands of users.
Seven IBM and Coursera certifications in generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI fundamentals — applied to shipped systems, not slideware.
From hands-on development to running enterprise system operations and the programs that modernize them.

Four initiatives that show the range — platform migration, process automation, applied AI, and the reporting systems businesses make decisions on.
Program lead for a multinational rail operator's enterprise data platform migration, coordinating vendors, data engineering, and business users across a geographically distributed, asset-heavy operating environment.
Directed a hands-on GenAI initiative building a Python multi-agent system on LangGraph with retrieval-augmented generation to automate manual enterprise workflows — defining use cases, data requirements, validation methods, and the adoption plan.
Architect and delivery lead for an enterprise robotic process automation platform on Azure, taking high-volume manual business workflows off people's desks. Owned requirements, acceptance criteria, security controls, and rollout.
Delivery lead across Tools & Data, Dashboard as a Service, and BI One Stop — the dashboards, reports, and data views business users relied on daily. The job was making sure the numbers were right, and finding out why when they weren't.
Operational discipline, data fluency, and engineering fundamentals that still hold up in a code review.
Two products I own end to end — roadmap, releases, user support, and the 11pm bug report.
Helps ranchers, 4-H, and FFA members manage livestock show projects. Built with Angular and Firebase, supporting thousands of users in the agriculture community.
Livestock breeding schedule management for ranchers. Currently exploring where agentic workflows can remove the manual record-keeping that ranchers hate most.
Continuous learning in generative AI and machine intelligence. Every certificate below is independently verifiable.

Technology operations, enterprise systems, applied AI and automation, or AgTech — if any of that is on your plate, I'd like to hear about it.
